Paper lists drift from reality
A morning list can be wrong by lunchtime once caregivers call, email, or change plans.
Opening HaereHub...
Currently onboarding pilot schools in New Zealand
HaereHub gives school teams one operating picture for AM and PM runs: expected riders, same-day changes, and what drivers need before the bus leaves.

The daily reality
HaereHub is built for the moments where paper lists, late changes, and driver handovers start to pull the day out of shape.
A morning list can be wrong by lunchtime once caregivers call, email, or change plans.
The office is confirming riders, updating drivers, and handling Gate Pickup at the same time.
A driver covering a run needs stop order and rider context without a long handover.
Schools need to know what was expected, what changed, and what was recorded during the run.
Product workflows
Four workflows carry the daily story: the office view before the run, the mobile driver list during the run, caregiver planning before the pressure builds, and school-gate exceptions when plans change.
School admin
One operating picture for the day: expected riders, daily changes, route progress, and visibility before the run starts.

Drivers
Drivers see a stop-ordered rider list with Boarded and No Show actions built for the phone. Works for the usual driver and relief drivers coming in cold.

Parents and caregivers
Caregivers set their child's plan for the day: Riding, Away, or Caregiver transport, and the school sees it before the run starts.

School admin
A Gate Pickup workflow for approved collectors, collection records, absences, and daily exceptions.

Pilot stage
Currently onboarding pilot schools in New Zealand through a conversation first, not public self-signup.
Schools start through a guided setup and readiness process before using daily workflows.
Access is invite-based for school staff, drivers, and caregivers linked to the right children.
School transport records stay scoped to the school that manages them.
School enquiries
Tell us about your current transport setup and we'll discuss whether HaereHub could be a fit. A short first note is enough.
After you enquire, the HaereHub team will review your school context and follow up to talk through practical next steps. Pilot conversations are welcome even if your school is not ready to launch immediately.
HaereHub uses invite-based access. Caregiver views are limited to their linked children, and school transport data stays scoped to the school.

FAQ
HaereHub is a school transport operations coordination layer that helps schools manage rider lists, parent changes, driver context, and daily transport records in one clearer place.
The primary user is the school admin team or transport coordinator. Drivers use mobile route operations, and caregivers get invite-only access limited to their linked children where the school enables caregiver access.
Setup depends on how ready the school's transport information is. A school with current student, caregiver, route, stop, driver, and vehicle details can usually move through the guided setup much faster than a school that first needs to clean up paper lists or spreadsheets. Pilot setup starts with a practical review of what the school already has.
Pilot schools get guided onboarding support. That includes talking through the current transport setup, helping shape the first school record, checking readiness, and supporting school admin users as they prepare drivers and caregivers for invited access.
